Keeping your best friend happy and healthy

Cat & Dog Wellness Exams

Routine wellness exams from our veterinarians are performed while your companion animal appears perfectly healthy.

These routine pet checkups focus on preventive care and give your veterinarian the opportunity to monitor your pet’s health and spot health issues before they become more serious.

Vaccinations & Prevention

Our veterinarians can help you protect your cat or dog from a wide range of serious diseases and disorders with routine pet vaccinations and parasite prevention.

Some diseases, such as rabies or leptospirosis, can even be transmitted from pets to people, so making the choice to vaccinate your animal can help protect your entire family’s health, two-legged and four.

Dental Care

The veterinarians at Westboro Animal Hospital provide preventive and restorative pet dental care, treatment and surgery to help keep your companion’s mouth pain-free and healthy.

According to the American Veterinary Dental Society, more than 80% of dogs and 70% of cats have dental disease by the age of 3. Dental (or periodontal) disease is the most frequently diagnosed health problem in pets.

Laser Therapy

Photobiomodulation (PBMT), or laser therapy, is a rapidly growing treatment modality used for a variety of medical conditions in companion animals. PBMT is painless, noninvasive, and easily administered in a primary care setting.

Dr. Cameron is a certified canine rehabilitation therapist (CCRT) and our new facility that is currently under construction will include a new rehabilitation department for canine and felines.

Laboratory & Diagnostics

We support our comprehensive approach to cat and dog internal medicine with advanced testing, imaging and other diagnostic procedures.

Proper diagnostics are critical to proper care. By utilizing state-of-the-art technology, we are able to determine the cause of most problems and prescribe the best method of treatment.

Surgery

Our veterinarians at Westboro Animal Hospital perform a number of surgical procedures, including veterinary orthopedic surgery, soft tissue surgery, spay & neuter procedures and more.

Regardless of the size and scope of your pet’s surgical procedure, their safety always comes first.

Westboro Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care.

At Westboro Animal Hospital we strive to offer not only sound advice but also optimal veterinary care, thus allowing you the enjoyment of your companion for a maximum number of years. Our job is not only to treat your pet when he or she isn’t feeling well but also to help you learn how to keep your best friend happy and healthy.
